Returns + Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the original purchase. Please contact us if the item was a gift.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds except in unusual circumstances (please contact us). You are welcome to exchange the product for another item that is in stock. We cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available at the time of return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges will be offered based on the value of your original purchase price.
For size exchanges, we are happy to swap the item for the appropriate size, provided the item is returned in new condition with tags. We cannot guarrantee that all sizes will be in stock at the time of return, but we will endeavor to get you in the right size.
We will replace items if you believe they are defective or they are damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 6 Cassia Court , Noosaville, QLD, 4566, Australia.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6 Cassia Court , Noosaville, QLD, 4566, Australia. Please use registered post or a facility that provides tracking.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We pride ourselves in bringing you the best quality in sporting apparel. If for any reason you believe that your product is faulty or defective, please contact us and if found to be defective we will replace the item. The item will need to be shipped to us for assessment. Product faults do not include wear and tear during normal use of the product (ie crashes)
